We recently took on some much-needed weathertightness repairs for the Tolaga Bay Area School swimming pool changing rooms.

With a tight budget in play, we found smart, cost-effective ways to give this well-used school and community space a new lease on life. The project included a new roof on new timber trusses, fresh cladding on solid, rot-free framing, upgraded windows and doors, a new floor laid over the existing concrete, and a timber screen cleverly built using the original roof posts.

Now, the building is fresh, functional, and ready to be enjoyed by TBAS and the community for years to come.
