Whilst working with Jasmax, Paul was the Project | Site Architect that delivered the stunning new waterfront office building for Newcrest LP. Housing BNZ, the state of the art, seismically resilient 21,000sqm office building sits on one of the windiest corners in Te Whanganui-a-Tara.

Comprising 12 Levels, the curved facade encases the diagrid structure which sits atop base isolators and 60m deep piles. The 6m high ground and mezzanine floor space contains cafe, end of trip and BNZ branch facilities. The large footprint | open plan office floors are topped out with an open roof deck protected from the elements by the oculus roof form.
