Whilst working with Archaus Architects, Paul was the Lead Project Architect that delivered the new Office Building for Hobbiton. Spread over two levels. the 1900sqm office building was complete in 2020.

Nestled into the landscape and utilising natural and locally sourced materials, the building provides open plan working environments, dedicated offices, a boardroom, meeting rooms, staff facilities and a staff commercial kitchen.
